Who we are

This website is run by Pomeranos Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08499850), registered office: Level One, Basecamp Liverpool, 49 Jamaica Street, Liverpool, L1 0AH, United Kingdom. Pomeranos Limited is the controller of the personal data described below.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or any other tracking tools. It does not load fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers.

What the website saves in your browser

If you choose a language with the PL / EN switch, the website saves only that choice in your browser (localStorage, one entry named “pomeranos-jezyk”) so that it can show you the same version next time. It is strictly necessary for the feature you asked for, stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can delete it at any time in your browser’s site settings.

Server logs

The website is hosted by Hostinger. Like every web server, it records standard technical logs when a page is requested: your IP address, the date and time, and the address of the page requested. We use them to keep the website secure and running (our legitimate interest, UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)); they are kept only as long as needed for that purpose.

E-mails you send us

If you write to office@pomeranos.co.uk, we use your e-mail address and the content of your message only to reply to you. We keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed for that purpose.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator: ico.org.uk.

We do not sell personal data.

Open source components

The website uses open source software and data (three.js, d3-celestial star data, Michroma, Inter and JetBrains Mono fonts). Their licences: licenses.txt.
